Volunteer Terms

As a volunteer you will receive updates in the case a near caregiver requires help with the children they are taking care of.

In these cases the Charlie & Us application will notify you of the emergency and you can choose to help or reject the request for help.

You will also receive some information regarding the child. Please do not take any screenshots or screen recording of the child’s information as it is private information.

Please note we have a policy to only accept volunteers that are already experienced with taking care of children with special needs for at least 2 years. But if we deem your experience to be enough (albeit has not reached the 2 year mark) you may also become a volunteer.

You will receive an email regarding the progress of your application.
